Spurs fans have been discussing the future of Tanguy Ndombele after it was reported that Jose Mourinho fears the Frenchman could leave the club this summer.
According to the Daily Mirror (via Daily Hotspur), Mourinho is concerned that the club-record signing could well be keen on a move away from the North London club this summer but remains determined that he can try and turn his career with the Lilywhites around.
The 23-year-old averaged a 6.99 rating across his 34 league appearances for Lyon last season, but it seems as if the French international has been unable to match that level of performance in the Premier League; having averaged a 6.76 rating in his 19 appearances in the top flight. Despite this, recent reports have linked the likes of PSG with a move for the midfielder this summer and now it seems as if Mourinho feels the French international could well depart the Lilywhites.
Would you be disappointed if Ndombele left Spurs this summer?

Can’t see Mourinho doing that, he has publicly criticised the player and Ndombele has never been fit enough for the team.

Ndombele clearly still seems to be splitting the opinion of a lot of Spurs fans, with some wanting to keep him, whilst others feel that the club should just get rid of the Frenchman this summer.
What do we think?
Ndombele’s contract is set to run until 2025 so it would surely take a huge bid to see the midfielder leave Spurs this season and given time, perhaps he will be able to reach full fitness and start to perform more regularly in the Premier League.
