Fans of Manchester City have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports concerning their current on-loan left-back Angelino.
According to reports in German publication Kicker, until two weeks ago, RB Leipzig’s bosses were willing to make a €30 million (£26.3 million) summer move Angelino, who is currently on loan with the German side, however, with the current situation surrounding football resulting in clubs being less financially sound, the report now suggests that Leipzig believe they can no longer afford the 23-year-old.
In addition to this, Angelino has also stated his desire to return to City in an interview with Spanish publication La Voz de Galicia, saying: “I’m still a Citizen and I don’t give up on getting a place there.”
In reaction to the reports, which were relayed by Man City Xtra on Twitter, fans of the club have flocked to have their say on the matter, with many suggesting that the £15.75 million-rated Angelino is good enough to warrant a place in the City starting XI.
Angeliño wants to leave RB Leipzig in an attempt to break into Manchester City's starting XI.
The German club are unlikely to be able to afford the €30m buy-on clause anyhow. Another loan deal may be possible should Angeliño struggle at City next year.

What do we think?
Although he has made just five Bundesliga appearances, Angelino already has one goal to his name, while averaging a highly impressive WhoScored match rating of 7.44.
In addition to this, the left-back has also made two appearances for Leipzig in the Champions League, providing one assist and averaging a similarly impressive WhoScored match rating of 7.45.
As such, the former Spanish U21 international has proven that he can perform impressively on one of the biggest stages in world football, meaning that should he indeed return to City next season, Pep Guardiola could potentially have a very decent prospect at his disposal.
