Liverpool fans have been calling for the club to sign Wolves winger Diogo Jota this summer.
This comes after Liverpool fan Twitter account @empireofthekop shared a post on their page asking their followers if they would take Jota at Anfield and how much they would spend on him.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Liverpool fans who were quick to share their thoughts on the Portuguese winger.
Here’s a sample of Liverpool fans responding to the post:

Would you take Diogo Jota at Liverpool?
Yes
No
The 23-year-old, who is currently valued at £25.2 million according to Transfermarkt, signed for Wolves on a permanent basis from Atletico Madrid in the 2018 summer transfer window (per Transfermarkt). This season has seen Jota score 15 goals and provide six assists in 37 appearances in all competitions (per Transfermarkt). Now that the question has been put to these Liverpool fans on whether or not they would want to see Jota become a Liverpool player, this has paved the way for lots of Reds to share their admiration for the winger.
I would spend £35-50 million on him, has huge potential, and could be the long term replacement for either Salah, Mane,or Firmino

What do we think?
It’s nice to see these Liverpool fans sharing their praise for Jota. The fact that so many Reds fans want to see him in a Liverpool shirt in the future just goes to show how impressive he has been this season.
