Here’s a sample of Villa fans responding to the post:
? From 1-10, how would you rate Marvelous Nakamba's time at Villa so far? #AVFC

6.5 I think he wins the ball well and had plenty of energy. Needs to improve on his distribution and has the potential to become a good defensive midfielder.

7 – Reminds me a bit of Idrissa Gueye, and we got rid of him far too early. I think once he’s settled he could become a very good player for us.

6 – Works hard for the team, seems to be in the middle on his own most weeks #utv

How would you rate Nakamba's season so far out of 10?
0-3
4-6
7-10
The 26-year-old has been a regular figure in Dean Smith’s team so far this season, having made 26 appearances for the club across all competitions (per Transfermarkt). Now that the question has been put to these Villa fans on how they would summarise Nakamba’s season so far, this has paved the way for lots of Villa fans to share their opinions on the midfielder.
Might knock his quality at times, but can’t fault his work ethic and desire. If the training staff can keep polishing him could be a solid cdm

Nakamba gives the midfield balance when paired with Luiz but I think he would be more effective with mcginn behind Jack. Has had to do more tackling because of mcginns absence and has been working at full capacity. Can rate him a solid 7 but will improve

The second coming of Reo-Coker in that his distribution is quite erratic once he’s won the ball back. Overall a 6 is probably about right, I think given time he’ll improve further.

What do we think?
It seems that while the general consensus of Nakamba is predominantly positive, these Villa fans think he still has room to improve his game at the Birmingham club.
