This week Rangers announced the appointment of David Graham as the new head of communications and media relations for the club. The DUP councillor was working with the Belfast City Council before accepting the new position with the Glaswegian side.
Graham admitted that he is a ‘lifelong Rangers supporter‘, and is thrilled to work for the ‘world’s most successful football club‘.
This news was then shared with Rangers fans online via @ibroxrocks, a Rangers fan account. Their congratulations prompted many other Gers fans to chime in, expressing their excitement at the appointment.

Is David Graham's appointment a sign of good things to come for Rangers?
Yes
No
What do we think?
Considering that this is a completely new position, it is still unclear as to exactly what Graham’s day-to-day tasks with the club will be. However, given his enthusiasm, we fully expect Graham to succeed in this role. He was also a special adviser to Education Minister Peter Weir, prior to the Stormont Assembly’s collapse in 2017.
