Some Celtic fans have been talking about the latest tweet that Michael Stewart sent out about his potential absence from BBC’s Sportsound.
Following this weekend’s Scottish Cup action, Celtic have made it to the next round of the competition by beating St. Johnstone. They face Aberdeen in the semi-final next month.
Should Michael Stewart start his own podcast?
Absolutely, he deserves one
No point in that
Stewart recently tweeted that he will not be on Sportsound to talk about the ‘huge weekend’ of Scottish Cup football. This left many Hoops fans talking about the issue.
They can’t handle the truth……

Set up your own radio feed… You’ll get more listeners than they will

They’re probably terrified you’ll tell the truth again.

Get your own podcast, Michael, I’d listen. Your the only pundit worth listening to in Scotland. A truthful man.

Well I won’t be listening @BBCSportsound

This sounds like a thinly veiled “more to it” tweet

Stewart was banned from BBC for a row over Rangers PR chief Jim Traynor last month, before he was brought back by the BBC after having agreed to their guidelines.
What do we think?
While Stewart not being on the show has alarmed Celtic fans because of his previous with the BBC, the reasons for his absence from Sportsound appear to remain unknown. Perhaps his own podcast would help him air his own opinions without any restrictions, as one fan suggested.
