When the former Hoops played posted this on Twitter, many Celtic fans made their opinions known. They felt some more Hoops players were missing from his XI. Some others were happy with it.

Van Hooijdonk had joined Celtic in the winter of 1995 from Dutch club NAC Breda. He had stayed at Parkhead till the summer of 1996 when he had departed the club for Nottingham Forest.
During his time at the club, Van Hooijdonk had shared the dressing room with McKinlay, right-back McNamara and Thom too. Di Canio though, had joined from Milan in the summer of 1996 itself.
What do we think?
While Celtic fans do have their opinions about who Van Hooijdonk should have had in the team. But since he had played in the team, he would know better than many others. And Hoops fans should know that.
