Some Celtic fans have been hailing the performance of Christopher Jullien in the club’s 1-0 win over St. Johnstone in the Scottish Cup.
The winning goal against St. Johnstone at the weekend didn’t come from Jullien, but there was controversy about it as the Celtic Twitter account initially posted that Jullien had got a touch from Ryan Christie’s free-kick. The goal was later given to Christie himself.
Has Jullien been the signing of the season for Celtic?
Absolutely, he's been the best
Too early to say!
After the match, Jullien tweeted about the game and their passage to the semi-finals. It got many Celtic fans raving about the French defender, who came to the club this past summer.
Don’t know if you understand big man but you’re going to be a Celtic legend if you deliver 10 in a row?

Jullien came to the club from Toulouse this past summer, signing for what was the second-highest fee in the club’s history. He signed for a fee of around £7 million.
Since joining, Jullien has been a regular under Neil Lennon. He has made 26 Premiership appearances, playing 44 times in all competitions for the Hoops.
What do we think?
For a centre-back, Jullien’s tally of seven goals in all competitions is very impressive. More than that, he got the match-winner for the Hoops in the League Cup final against Rangers. He has scored three Premiership goals in 2020 and has shown his value to the club.
He might not have scored against St. Johnstone, but it seems he’s living up to the fee Celtic paid for him.
