Supporters of West Ham United have been discussing Liverpool goalkeeper, Adrian, after the Reds were knocked out of the Champions League.
During the second leg of the 4-2 aggregate defeat, the Spanish stopper was awarded a 5/10 for his performance at Anfield (per Liverpool Echo), leaving some West Ham fans slating the stopper on Twitter.
Remember when Liverpool fans thought they had the best backup keeper in the league ???

He is like a lot of average keepers these days…. great shot stopping but world class keepers dominate the defence and play out from the back. His distribution is worse than Hermes. Big-up The Fab ?

While with the Irons, the Spaniard featured in 150 appearances, during which he kept 43 clean sheets and conceded 215 goals (as per Transfermarkt).
This season, though, the 33-year-old has been the fourth-worst performer for Jurgen Klopp’s side when he has featured in the Premier League (per WhoScored), however, some West Ham supporters defended Adrian.

Following his 5/10 performance rating and elimination from the Champions League (per Liverpool Echo), the game against Atletico Madrid will certainly be one to forget for the Liverpool ‘keeper.
