Fans of West Ham United have aired that they want to see Mark Noble dropped for Tomas Soucek when the Hammers face Wolverhampton Wanderers.
On Monday, the question was posed to supporters by @COYIrons_com after it was revealed, prior to the Arsenal clash, that Soucek is back in contention after injury. This garnered some conclusive feedback from fans.

Who would you rather have starting for the visit of Wolverhampton Wanderers?Mark NobleTomas Soucek |
Despite only featuring in four league games for the Irons, Soucek has been West Ham’s eighth-best performer in the Premier League, with a decent 6.73/10 average rating (per WhoScored).
Noble, however, has only been the side’s 15th-best performer after 26 league appearances this season, leaving the Englishman with a 6.63/10 average rating (per WhoScored), which meant that supporters were clear in their opinion.
Yes he needs to be dropped he slows our game down now!

A great loyal player Noble is now past his best and having watched a lot of him this season, he is not so nimble and makes mistakes. Time for a rest….

I love Noble…..but yes, if Soucek is fit, he must start alongside Rice

Yes. Wolves aren’t world beaters but every time we’ve played them since they came up we’ve treated them that they are. Given them too much respect and been bullied in midfield against them

What do we think?
On average per Premier League game, some of Soucek’s stats far outweigh Noble’s, with the Czech Republic midfielder having made 2.0 interceptions on average and Noble with 0.7 (per WhoScored).
However, in terms of passing success, Noble’s 81.8% success rate far eclipses Soucek’s 61.4% (per WhoScored), so, the decision may not be as cut and dry as supporters believe.
