Spurs fans have been reacting to some footage of Tanguy Ndombele during the 3-2 defeat against Wolves last weekend.
The footage, which was posted by a Spurs fan on Twitter, shows the Frenchman struggling to cope with the pace and dribbling of Wolves’ Pedro Neto and is unable to make a challenge as the away side break forward. Since joining for a club-record fee in the summer, the 23-year-old has struggled to adapt to the Premier League, starting just 11 games in the top flight.
Fitness has regularly proved an issue for the former Lyon man, who was recently revealed to be on a special fitness programme by Jose Mourinho, but it doesn’t seem to have made much of an impact, with the midfielder having started just three times so far this calendar year.
Is Ndombele the laziest Spurs player you have seen?

Shocking. It’s as if him and Davies are hungover. Pathetic.

Pretty embarrassing really when you see that

Wow, that is actually disgraceful

These Spurs fans are clearly not impressed with the footage of Ndombele and feel that the Frenchman needs to work a lot harder.
What do we think?
The footage of Ndombele certainly doesn’t do the 23-year-old any favours and considering he only played 14 minutes of Sunday’s game, it is quite embarrassing that his effort levels looked to be so low.
