Spurs fans have been discussing some quotes from Jose Mourinho following the FA Cup penalty defeat to Norwich City on Wednesday night.
The Portuguese manager spoke to the media after the game and made reference to some ‘fans’, saying: “The people in these privileged positions by the tunnel, some are Tottenham fans but I think a lot of corporate, invitation, people with special status and it’s the place of the stadium where I have doubts if they are the real Tottenham fans,” per Alasdair Gold.
It seems strange that the 57-year-old is focusing on the influence of fans after his side struggled against the Premier League’s bottom side; only attempting one more shot than the away side. The North London club are now without a win in four games in all competitions and face another tough game when they travel to Burnley on Saturday.
Do you think Mourinho is starting to lose the plot?

He’s poison. Why the club got rid of Poch instead of investing in him, I’ll never know.

These Spurs fans are clearly unhappy with Mourinho’s latest comments, with many suggesting that they want the former Chelsea and Manchester United manager out of their club.

What do we think?
Mourinho’s comments are without doubt peculiar and it seems as if recent results are starting to get to the experienced manager, especially as he is unlikely to be able to deliver a trophy now they have bowed out of the FA Cup, unless they can turn their Champions League tie around in Leipzig next week.
