Many Liverpool fans have flocked to Twitter to slam football pundit Chris Sutton for his opinions on the Reds’ title win.
This comes after Liverpool fan Twitter account @LFCVine shared a post on their page that included two images of newspaper headlines on Sutton.
One headline said that Sutton suggested the Premier League should not name Liverpool as champions yet (Daily Mail), whereas the other headline shows Sutton suggesting that the Scottish Premiership should name Celtic as champions now instead (Daily Record).

Sutton won’t be the only one with that mindset.
Not only is it flat out hypocrisy but Liverpool are 25 points clear… Celtic are 13.

Jurgen Klopp’s side are currently 25 ahead at the top of the Premier League table, whereas Neil Lennon’s Celtic side are currently 13 points ahead at the top of the Scottish Premiership. After Sutton’s different opinions on the two sides have surfaced on Twitter, this caught the attention of a lot of Liverpool fans who were quick to call him out.
This is why I rarely take any notice of commentators or pundits.
