Many Liverpool fans clearly have lots of positive things to say about Andy Robertson and who can blame them, with former Liverpool man Jose Enrique even hailing him as the ‘best left-back in the world’ for his performances last season (as per Sky Sports).

What do we think?
It’s nice to see the club recognising Robertson’s birthday as he deserves all the highest praise for his rise to stardom at Liverpool. Indeed, he’s already made 119 appearances for the Reds since joining from Hull City back in 2017, as well as adding three goals and 25 assists from left-back. Of course, one of the most impressive things about the Robertson signing is the fact that he only cost an initial £8 million, with his value now sitting at a healthy £72 million (as per Transfermarkt), which just goes to show how much he’s developed under Jurgen Klopp.
