Liverpool fans have been responding on Twitter to the latest reports surrounding midfielder Pedro Chirivella.
This comes after Liverpool fan Twitter account @AnfieldEdition shared a post on their page relaying news originally published in a report by the Liverpool Echo.
The report claimed that the midfielder could leave the Merseyside club in the summer when his current contract expires.

The 22-year-old has made 19 appearances for the Merseyside club so far this season which includes three appearances for the senior team in the FA Cup and three appearances in the Carabao Cup for Jurgen Klopp’s side (per Transfermarkt). Now that it has been reported that Chirivella could be facing the exit at Anfield this summer, this news has not gone down well with several Liverpool fans who think it would be a mistake by the club to let the Spaniard go.
