To kick off this 1990s Premier League quiz, which season was the Premier League's inaugural campaign?

What do we think?

It may be understandable why some Foxes supporters have been praising Puel’s signings, considering how much of a significant role some of the players that Puel brought to the club have played for Leicester City this season.

Jonny Evans, Caglar Soyuncu, James Maddison, and Ricardo Pereira are all listed as signings that were brought to Leicester by Puel, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk. These four players have been some of Leicester’s most heavily featured players this season.

No Leicester City player has made a higher number of Premier League appearances than Evans has made this season, with the Northern Ireland international making a total of 29 Premier League appearances thus far in the 2019/20 campaign, according to WhoScored.com. Meanwhile, only Evans and Kasper Schmeichel have featured in a higher number of Premier League games for the Foxes than Soyuncu, Maddison, and Pereira this season, according to WhoScored.

It may be fair to say that Puel’s signings for Leicester City have made a significant contribution this season for a Leicester side who currently sit in third place in the Premier League table.
