Supporters of Everton have been reacting to a post on Romelu Lukaku’s Instagram story in which he stated his ‘best memory’ with the Toffees.
On Monday evening, the Belgian forward was answering questions via the story on his Instagram account, during which he stated that his first game at Goodison Park was his favourite memory with the Merseyside club (via Everton News Feed), which fans reacted to.

The Antwerp-born striker spent four seasons with the Goodison Park club between 2013 and 2017, initially arriving from Chelsea on loan before the move became permanent and departing for Manchester United (per Transfermarkt).
Over those four seasons, Lukaku featured in 166 games for the Toffees, during which he bagged a stellar 87 goals and 29 assists (per Transfermarkt), leaving fans keen on his return.

What do we think?
Having departed Manchester United for €80 million (£69.5m) on a five-year deal to Internazionale during last summer (per BBC), a comeback anytime soon seems unlikely.
Especially due to the frontman bagging an impressive 23 goals and five assists over his first 34 games for his Serie A outfit (per Transfermarkt).
