This week, Bloomberg reported that Sunderland was set to be sold for approximately £40 million. According to the report, backers of Sunderland suggest the value of the club could be worth upwards of £120 million, assuming the Black Cats make it back to the Premier League.
Of course, this news caught the attention of many Sunderland fans, especially after it was shared by Roker Report. Needless to say, there were many cynical fans. They don’t believe the report, and don’t want to be let down by false rumours on the matter.

Do you think the Bloomberg report is factual?
Yes
No
Others laugh at the price. They think the owners will be making a tidy profit on the deal, assuming they decide to sell. One fan just laughs at the entire thought of the club being valued at £40 million.

What do we think?
It is clear that the fans want the ownership to sell up and move on. Hopefully, for their sake, they are able to come to an agreement soon.
