Rangers: These fans think Andy Halliday is an awful left-back

|

Rangers dropped more league points after losing to Kilmarnock. The three points looked imminent after Scott Arfield opened the scoring in the 32nd minute, however, the home side pulled two goals back to secure victory.

A notable omission from the Rangers lineup was Borna Barisic, who has played 33 games for the Gers already this season, racking up 14 assists in the process. He was replaced by Andy Halliday, who made his 10th appearance of the season for the side during the game.

Did Andy Halliday cost Rangers three points?

Yes

No

No

But during and after the match, Rangers fans were critical of the replacement’s performance. They don’t think he is anywhere good enough to be playing for Rangers and even place blame on him for one of the goals. They think he completely lost his man.

Other fans think that when either Barisic or James Tavernier are unavailable, Steven Gerrard must adapt the system. The replacements aren’t adequate enough.

What do we think?

It is clear that these fans were not impressed with Halliday during the match. Hopefully, for the player, his performance hasn’t cost Rangers the league.
