After yet another league game without a win, Rangers fans are becoming increasingly more critical of their side’s players. The 2-2 draw against St. Johnstone marked their fourth league game of 2020 without a win.
With only eight games played in the league so far in 2020, Steven Gerrard’s side only have a 50% win rate in the league since the new year.
This has caused some fans to question the abilities of the players. One supporter, named @BenRFC3 on Twitter, suggested that only Allan McGregor, Borna Barisic and Steven Davis were guaranteed a spot in the team next season.
In response to his claim, however, many fans questioned the inclusion of Davis on the list. They think he has been poor recently, and don’t think he has done enough to guarantee a starting spot next year. One fan thinks the midfielder has been run into the ground and looks knackered.

Sorry disagree about davis and the been here done it was a different team and time .obv he has changed his game as he has got older but I wouldnt start him but everyone entitled to their opinion

Davis has no chance .. he constantly slows the game down one touch passes back to defenders and takes too long to make a decision if he has one to make . I think only mcgregor barasic and jack

Not even sure about Davis. The amount of time he has needlessly gave the ball away in the last 4 games has been incredible. Dont think fans have notice coz hes normally so good. Its stuck out like a sore thumb to me.

The midfielder has played 37 matches for Gerrard this season. There is no question that he has put in the work.
If fatigue is an issue, then perhaps a break every now and then wouldn’t go a miss?
