Some Celtic fans have made it clear that they want to see the club sign Mohamed Elyounoussi on a permanent basis in the summer transfer window.
The Norwegian joined the Hoops on a loan deal in the summer, which runs out at the end of the current season. Celtic-related page ReadCeltic asked many Hoops fans if they want to see Elyounoussi’s move turned into a permanent one.
Who should be signed: Forster or Elyounoussi?
Forster, surely
Has to be Moi
The fans revealed that they want to see the Southampton man sign on a permanent basis soon.

The winger came to Parkhead after a disappointing spell at St. Mary’s last season. He failed to score or assist even once in 19 appearances for the side, which potentially led to his move away.
This season, Elyounoussi has made 13 appearances in all competitions. He has a tally of seven goals and six assists so far, with six goal contributions coming in as many Premiership games.
However, he sustained a foot injury back in November which kept the Norwegian out for a total of 11 games in all competitions.
What do we think?
Elyounoussi’s form back at Basel shows that he can be a very good player when on song. His last season in Switzerland saw Elyounoussi contribute to as many as 30 goals in all competitions. With injury worries out of the way now, there is every chance he replicates that sort of form. If he does, perhaps Celtic should sign him permanently.
