Some Celtic fans have been raving about the latest tweet that defender Jeremie Frimpong has put out recently.
The young right-back was back on the bench for the club in Celtic’s 2-1 win over Aberdeen on Sunday, but ended the match as an unused substitute.
Should Frimpong replace Forrest at right wing-back?
He deserves a chance
Forrest needs to play
After the game, Frimpong put out a post on Twitter talking about how glad he was to return to the club’s first-team fore. This left many Celtic fans lauding the former Manchester City man.

Frimpong has not played in the Premiership since he featured against Kilmarnock in a 3-1 win back in late January. He got an assist in that game before being stretchered off late on.
In all competitions this campaign, Frimpong has made 19 appearances for Celtic. He has racked up two goals while also picking up four assists.
What do we think?
Frimpong has certainly made a big impact in his first season of first-team football, which is especially impressive considering he hadn’t made a single appearance for City’s senior side. His return to action could be huge for the Hoops and if he gets back into his rhythm, the club may benefit greatly from his return.
