A lot of Newcastle United fans are not happy with John Carver after he offered his opinion on trying to get rid of Mike Ashley.
The former Toon boss told BBC 5 Live (Via the Evening Chronicle) that NUFC fans should be ‘careful what they wish for.’
Do you listen to a word Carver says?
Yes, he has some good insight
No, the man is beyond clueless
This has not gone down well with these Newcastle supporters who are angry with Carver for suggesting this.
Some even think he is trying to get another job with the club by defending Ashley.
John Carver says #nufc fans should be “careful what they wish for” regarding forcing Mike Ashley out.
John, any football fan who doesn’t hate themselves would want more than this. We’ve put up with it long enough. We want change.
Ridiculous comment.

Forgive me if I don’t put much weight behind John Carver’s opinion on football and Mike Ashley.

Let’s all be careful and wish for a club with ambition to compete and not just to exist.

What do we think?
Carver was in charge of Newcastle from the 26th of January 2015 to the 10th of June 2015. Before that, he was caretaker boss for four games in which he drew one and lost three.
In that time, he took the club from 11th to 15th, and they only survived relegation on the final day of the season thanks to a Jonas Gutierrez inspired win over West Ham.
Carver, in his time as Toon boss, won three league matches, claimed he was the best coach in the league, and accused Mike Williamson of getting sent off on purpose.
So why anyone is asking him his opinion on Newcastle is beyond us.
