This comes after the Liverpool journalist shared a post on his official page quote-tweeting a post originally shared by @btsportfootball of Neves’ stunning goal against Espanyol in the Europa League.
Pearce captioned his reply with three emojis that insinuated his positive reaction to the goal from Neves.

The footage shows the midfielder, who is currently valued at £45 million (according to Transfermarkt), score a stunning long-range volley in Wolves’ 4-0 win over the La Liga outfit on Thursday. Now that Pearce has shared his opinion on the 22-year-old’s brilliant goal, many Liverpool fans seem to think that Pearce’s post is alluding to a possible transfer move to Anfield for the midfield man.

What do we think?
Unless he knows something different, it’s probably likely that Pearce is simply just commenting on Neves’ impressive strike and not alluding to a potential future move for him from the Reds. Although, you never know what could happen in the future, and based on these replies, it would appear that a move for Neves would please the Liverpool fans.
