Footage of alleged transfer target Emre Mor has got these West Brom fans discussing whether the Baggies should acquire the 22-year-old.

The alleged transfer claim came from James Anderson when stating this on Twitter: “Celta Vigo set to recall Emre Mor from his loan at Galatasaray and I’m hearing #wba are keen to take him for the rest of the season.”

Mor has played 10 matches in the Turkish Super Lig this season, but the 22-year-old has failed to register a single goal or assist for Galatasaray, which could explain why his parent club Celta Vigo allegedly want to re-loan Mor out.

Footage of Emre Mor was later posted by WBA Report, here’s what the West Brom fans had to say about it on Twitter:

Mor has played 15 times for his senior national side Turkey, despite being born in Norway and later joining the academy of his birthplace Bronshoj Boldklub. The 22-year-old was then picked up by Lyngby’s youth setup, who later let Mor leave on a free transfer to Nordsjaelland.

However, the Turkish international is yet to settle in at a club, with Mor being sold for £8.78m to Borussia Dortmund, but the German club cashed in on the 22-year-old quickly, selling him to Celta Vigo for £11.70m in August 2017.

The Spanish club has since loaned Mor out to Galatasaray, however, after struggling in the league, failing to even score once, the 22-year-old is now allegedly set to be recalled by Celta Vigo with West Brom said to be eyeing up the Turkish international.

What Do We Think?

From West Brom’s point of view, getting a talented young winger on loan until the end of the season seems like a fantastic deal. However, after already joining six different clubs, whether on loan or permanent deals, it seems that Emre Mor just needs time to settle in at a club and you can’t help but feel a bit sorry for the 22-year-old.

Perhaps, if the Baggies can get a permanent clause put in any potential loan move, then Mor could play with more confidence knowing he may actually have a permanent home for once.
