With the club still in the midst of a few weeks off, fans are eagerly awaiting the return of their team. Rangers travelled to Dubai for some warm weather training and a friendly match against Lokomotiv Tashkent? But one tweet has caught Rangers’ fans attention during this absence of games.
Karina Isa Ruiz B., the Community Manager at Alfredo Morelos’ charity foundation, has been tweeting out in support of her employer. One of her tweets referenced the negative press Morelos has been receiving recently in Scotland. In an article for the Daily Record, Chris Sutton condemned Morelos and called for him to be banned. Morelos’ Community Manager suggested that people like Sutton are just envious of Morelos, stating, ‘envy is the tribute that mediocrity pays to talent.’ Rangers fans applauded the message.

Do you believe the negative press surrounding Morelos is born out of jealousy?
Yes
No
One fan admits that it isn’t just the goals that has earned him love from Rangers fans. It is his passion.
He loves Rangers and we love him for his goals and for his passion !!!

What do we think?
It seems as if Morelos’ employers and Rangers fans are joining together in support of the player. They believe the striker is being treated unfairly. They won’t stop speaking out until he fets what he deserves.
