The January transfer window officially opened last week, opening the floodgates for teams to make improvements to their squads. Whether in an attempt to push for a championship, avoid relegation or just build for next season, clubs from around the world are dealing to achieve their goals.
Rangers are no exception. According to freelance journalist Filip Mishov, the club are interested in signing Lovro Majer & Mirko Maric. The tweeter compiled a thread of how the negotiations could potentially play out, suggesting that January may not be the time that the fans see the players arrive. Supporters loved Mishov’s thread and supported the club’s reported interest. They would love to see the players join Rangers.

Maric is a baller. I thought we would get him last year.

Do you think the club could afford bother players?
Yes
No
Other fans aren’t sure how the club could afford both, but one fan insists that should certain players leave there would be a way of making it work.
Would love to get either, but both would be a miracle

Majer would be a fantastic signing,if kamara moved on at the fees banded about we could pay £6 million and treble it in 2-3 years time.

What do we think?
The club is in a strong position in the league at the moment. It is clear that they are not short of talent in their squad. But the best time to improve and build is when you are on top. It appears, if these reports are correct, that Steven Gerrard is doing just that.
