These Queens Park Rangers fans aren’t keen on Luke Freeman returning to the club after they were asked if they would ever have the Sheffield United midfielder back on Twitter.
Freeman left Queens Park Rangers for £5.04m in July 2019, however, since joining Sheffield United, the 27-year-old has failed to make a real impact in the Premier League. The Dartford-born midfielder has played 10 league games, but has failed to either score or assist in the league above the Mark Warburton’s side (Transfermarkt).
The former Superhoop has also failed to achieve a sizeable number of minutes for the Blades, with Freeman only managing to get 18% of Sheffield United’s total game time (Transfermarkt).
Here are some of the comments from the Queens Park Rangers fans on Twitter:
So it looks like Luke freeman time maybe up at Sheffield United, and he could be moving on. All you @QPR supporters would you take him back for a bargain price or even on loan, it’s a yes from me.

Absolutely not . By moving him on we have been able to develop chair , Eze and bright . Not a position we need cover in . Good player yes but not a priority and we have jack Clarke from Leeds as well . No point at all going for luke .

I wouldn’t

I genuinely wouldn’t ? him leaving is the reason we’ve had Eze to enjoy this year

Would you take Luke Freeman back?
Yes
No
It seems that despite Luke Freeman being a former Queens Park Rangers player, these fans feel the club no longer need him.
He wouldn’t get in the team
— Rafferty Rogers (@RaffRogers76) January 23, 2020
No as it would restrict Eze and Chair

What Do We Think?
With Freeman struggling in the Premier League, it’s not hard to see why these Queens Park Rangers fans don’t want the 27-year-old back. With emerging talents like Bright Osayi-Samuel and Eberechi Eze now on the scene, it’s unlikely Freeman will ever fit back into Mark Warburton’s side.
