Celtic fans have been pleading with Neil Lennon to give Leigh Griffiths more playing minutes for the club.
This comes after the official Celtic Twitter account shared a post on their page relaying quotes from Lennon from a recent press conference.
On Griffiths, Lennon revealed that he is “looking good” and that the centre-forward is “hungry and wants to play” for the side.

After returning from a lengthy hamstring injury in November, Griffiths has yet to start a Scottish league match for Lennon’s side (per Transfermarkt). But now that Lennon has revealed that the 29-year-old is ready to play more minutes for the club, some fans have been suggesting Lennon should give Griffiths more playing time.

What do we think?
It’s understandable why Lennon has been easing Griffiths back into the team with his recent appearances coming from the substitutes bench after suffering his injury. But now that some fans have been demanding Griffiths gets more playing time, they must be thinking he is ready to start a game.
