Do you believe that Tomas Soucek would be a good buy for West Ham?Yes, he seems like a real talentNo, doesn't seem good enough |
So far this season, the defensive midfielder has featured in 26 games in all competitions for his Czech Republic club, during which he has a whopping 12 goals and three assists (as per Transfermarkt).
Along with 15 goal involvements in 26 games, the 24-year-old also has a 7.23/10 average rating (per WhoScored), however, some West Ham fans poured cold water on the message from Slavia’s chairman.
No doubt Mourinho will pick him up from the airport

What do we think?
Statistically, this one looks a mega purchase for West Ham, panic buy or not. For a defensive midfielder to have 15 goal contributions over 26 games (per Transfermarkt), there must be something special about Soucek.
With his market value at £9 million (per Transfermarkt), if the Hammers have purchased him for anywhere close to that then it would likely represent a real bargain.
