A lot of Leeds United fans have responded to Adam Pope’s tweet about Eddie Nketiah after the former Whites man scored a goal for Arsenal in the FA Cup.

The 20-year-old was making his first start for the Gunners since his loan at Elland Road was brought to an end.

Will Leeds miss Nketiah?

It took him just 26 minutes to get on the scoresheet as Bukayo Saka but an inch-perfect cross onto the foot of Nketiah, (1:03) who made no mistake to score his fourth senior goal for the club.

This, though, has not gone down well with many Leeds fans who want to move on from Nketiah.

What do we think?

Nketiah, who is valued at £7.2m by Transfermarkt, scored five goals in 19 appearances for the Whites, but it was ultimately his lack of starts that saw him recalled.

It was expected that he would go back out on loan to another Championship club, but Mikel Arteta decided to keep him at the Emirates.

The Whites lost Nketiah on the 1st of January, and it took them 26 days, but they finally found his replacement in Jean-Kevin Augustin.

The Frenchman has joined on loan from RB Leipzig, and it is hoped that he will score the goals that will lead to the Whites getting promoted.

Nketiah scored some important goals for Leeds, but he must now be forgotten about.
