Spurs fans were delighted to hear that Inter have reportedly offered £10 million for Christian Eriksen.
According to Italian news outlet II Messaggero (via Ricky Sacks on Twitter), the Italian side have made a preliminary offer for the Spurs midfielder. However, manager Antonio Conte is reportedly prioritising the signing of Arturo Vidal from Barcelona but Inter are still seriously considering the move for the 27-year-old in January, rather than waiting until the summer when they could sign him on a free transfer.
Eriksen, who signed from Ajax in 2013, has gone on to make 301 appearances for the North London club but looks set to leave, either in January or at the end of the season when his current deal expires. The creative midfielder has been regularly linked with a move away from Spurs, who are reportedly keen to cash in on the Danish international rather than losing him for free and it seems as if Inter are now his likely destination.

These Spurs fans would clearly prefer to sell Eriksen now rather than losing him for free in the summer, so will be hoping that the club manages to sell the Danish international in the January window.
What do we think?
Eriksen has shown in recent performances, such as the man of the match display against Norwich, that he can still be an effective player for Mourinho. However, the 27-year-old looks unlikely to sign a new deal, so any additional funds which Mourinho can gain from the £81 million rated man in January seems like a positive if he is to rebuild the squad.
