Supporters of Everton have slammed Jordan Pickford following a stat which was posted to Twitter, which showed the stopper in a bad light.

A Twitter post from Jose C. Perez, showed that the England goalkeeper had a negative expected goals to conceded goals ratio, showing that he is underperforming (via El Pivote), which led some supporters to slate the stopper.

Will Jordan Pickford ever realise his full potential at Everton?

Yes, he'll be class eventually

No, can't do it often enough

This term, England’s number one has featured in 26 games for the Toffees, in which he has kept seven clean sheets and conceded 37 goals in the other 19 games (per Transfermarkt).

With an average rating of 6.46/10 for the season so far (per Whoscored), supporters felt that his performances were falling under par and that he should be doing better.

What do we think?

Over the course of his Everton career, Pickford has shown his talent for Everton but, more often than not, found himself on the end of criticism (per Daily Mail).

There is a talented ‘keeper in the 25-year-old, he just needs to find good form on a regular basis for the Toffees.
