These Liverpool fans have been discussing Manchester United being charged by the FA after the clash on 19th January.

According to the FA, Manchester United has been charged with a breach of FA Rule E20(a). After it’s alleged that United failed to ensure its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the 26th minute of the Premier League fixture against Liverpool. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side now has until 23rd January 2020 to provide a response.

James Pearce relayed this information to these Reds fans via Twitter, with many of them celebrating this decision impacting their rivals.

Here are some of the comments from the Liverpool fans on Twitter:

Is the FA charge against Manchester United justified?

Yes

Yes

No

No

These fans are clearly enjoying Manchester United getting charged, but this is likely down to the rivalry between the two sides.

What Do We Think?

Obviously it’s never good when the FA have to step in and charge teams for behaviour on the pitch, as we are talking about some of the largest clubs in the world, so the players should really know better. These Liverpool fans were, of course, going to enjoy a rival suffering, they probably enjoyed this more than the 2-0 win.
