These Liverpool fans have been discussing Fabinho’s comments on Kylian Mbappe, where he recently said: “I would love to welcome Kylian to Liverpool.”
When Fabinho was talking to Telefoot (via Daily Mail), the Brazilian made a bold claim, stating: “Mbappe will have a Ballon d’Or before Neymar.” The Liverpool midfielder also went on to say: “I would like to welcome him to Liverpool.” These comments were later relayed to the Reds fans via The Kopite on Twitter.
Mbappe is currently scoring for fun in the French Ligue 1, playing 13 matches and scoring a staggering 11 goals, while also managing to record four assists.
Here’s what the Liverpool fans had to say about Fabinho’s comments on Twitter:

Will Kylian Mbappe join Liverpool this January?
Yes
No
With Mbappe being rated at £180m by Transfermarkt, a transfer fee that high would likely kill any club’s chances of signing the Frenchman.
These fans are clearly hoping Fabinho’s hint could tempt Mbappe to join Liverpool, which seems very unlikely, but you can’t blame the fans for getting a little overexcited.
Make it happen ?

What Do We Think?
There’s obviously a lot of wishful thinking from the Liverpool fans, as a passing comment from Fabinho is hardly a club announcement.
However, maybe the Brazilian midfielder knows something nobody else does, considering he likely speaks to Jurgen Klopp every day, a move for the Frenchman is not beyond the realms of possibility.
