Liverpool fans have been responding on Twitter to the latest transfer update surrounding Loris Karius.
This comes after Liverpool fan Twitter account @LFCTransferRoom shared a post on their page relaying information from Liverpool Echo via Turkish outlet Fanatik, which was wrongly stated as The Mirror. It has been stated that Karius could return to Liverpool next season at the end of his initial two-year spell with Turkish giants Besiktas.
Indeed, it had been claimed by Fanatik a few days ago that Besiktas are unable to pay the £7.25m option to make the German’s loan permanent and so the club are hoping to extend the goalkeeper’s loan by a further two years.
The Liverpool Echo add that another loan deal for Karius is unlikely, as the Reds are keen on moving the 26-year-old on for good once his current spell with Besiktas ends.
Would you take Karius back at Liverpool?
Yes
No
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Liverpool fans who were not happy with this latest report.
Here’s a sample of Liverpool fans reacting to the post:

The German was exiled to Besiktas after his disastrous display in Liverpool’s 3-1 defeat to Real Madrid in the 2018 Champions League final. Since then he has been on loan at the Turkish club (per TransferMarkt). But now that this latest report has emerged that Karius may return to Liverpool this month, lots of Reds fans have been making their feelings known on this potential move.
I don’t want him anywhere near my club

He should remain there, or look for somewhere else

What do we think?
The reaction to the idea of Karius making a return to Liverpool just goes to show that their club motto clearly doesn’t apply to everyone. Even if Karius doesn’t manage to stay at Besiktas or make a move elsewhere, the chances of him playing ahead of Alisson or Adrian are slim to none.
