Supporters of Everton have reacted to the club’s injury update ahead of the game against Watford on Saturday.
As announced by the club on Thursday afternoon, Richarlison, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Alex Iwobi are all back in contention for the Toffees (per Everton), which had some fans pleased.

However, while many were delighted to see that Richarlison was returning to fitness, some were disappointed to see that Sigurdsson would be back in contention for the Toffees.
Over 24 games in all competitions for the Merseyside club so far this season, the Icelandic midfielder has scored twice and assisted once (per Transfermarkt), leaving many keen for him to not return to the starting lineup.

What do we think?
With Richarlison on an average rating of 7.29/10 being streets ahead of Iwobi’s 6.57/10 and Sigurdsson’s 6.71/10 (per WhoScored), it is clear to see why fans are more pleased that the former is returning.
However, while the latter two are still Everton players, they still need full support from fans, even if they have not inspired it, as they will likely feature for the club again.
