Pure class that man is. A real gem of a player. I love watching his magic feet, control and skill. My only comment as a very average Sunday league player would be to shoot more often as he has dynamite in both his feet

Have Everton fans seen the best that Bernard has to offer yet?No, has loads of potentialYes, we've seen his best |
Marco Silva signed the South American during his time at the club, joining on a free transfer back in 2018.
This season, the £18-million rated 27-year-old has featured in 16 games in all competitions for the Toffees, in which he has bagged two goals and one assist (as per Transfermarkt).
With a 6.67/10 average rating for the season so far (per WhoScored), it is clear that the Brazilian has not been at his best, but fans were delighted to see him getting back to it.
He’s a little magician and I hope he finally starts getting some proper game time now. ?

He was truly fantastic yesterday. It’s great to see him back in the team and once we’ve got him completing 90 minutes he’ll be scaring the life out of opposition teams. Brilliant player. #BernardWillTearYouApart #EFC

What do we think?
With a 7/10 performance rating (as per Liverpool Echo), it is clear that the tricky winger may be on his way back to his best for the Toffees.
However, with only five assists and four goals since his arrival in Merseyside (as per Transfermarkt), supporters will be hoping that he starts to provide on the goal contributions front more often.
