With Sunderland Football Club struggling to find three points in the league, the club decided they would run various promotions over the Christmas season. Each day the club promised to release a new deal from the club’s online shop. Sunderland’s Twitter account tweeted out a link to the club shop promoting the sales (Sunderland).
Perhaps the club thought they were being generous? However, the replies to the tweet clearly show that the fans are disinterested with club merchandise and memorabilia. The only thing they want for the holidays is to see the manager leave. Until then, supporters aren’t spending their money.
Is one of these deals, a new manager?

Do you want to see the club sack Parkinson for Christmas?
Yes
No
One fan said he would take three points as well, while another claims that the club should read the comments on their Twitter page. The supporters aren’t giving mixed signals. It’s clear what they want.
I’ll have 3 points please

What do we think?
It appears that fans are dead set on Parkinson leaving. Their protests are evident. With the way things are currently going at the Stadium of Light for Sunderland, it surely is only a matter of time before the club gives in.
