There have been many Rangers youth players signing extended contracts this week. The latest youth player to put pen to paper was Kieran Wright. The 19-year-old Scottish goalkeeper signed a deal keeping him at the club until 2021. The keeper has been capped for both the U17 and U19 Scottish sides (Rangers News).
Rangers posted the news on their Twitter account. Fans were thrilled for Wright and sent their congratulations. Another is happy to see so many young players get the brought through the academy in general.

What do we think?
Rangers fans will be thrilled to see so many academy players committing their future to the club. While the present team gives supporters a lot to cheer about, fans will arguably be more excited about the wave of talent that they have to look forward to in the years to come.
