Newcastle fans have been pleading with their club to sign Jarrod Bowen in the upcoming January transfer window.
This comes after Newcastle news Twitter account @NUFC360 shared a post on their page claiming that Bowen is “open to the idea” of joining the Tyneside club in January (which was stated by Mark Douglas in the article).
Should Newcastle sign Jarrod Bowen in January?
Yes
No
The post also contained an article from the Chronicle Live on the potential move for the Hull City winger, who is also attracting attention from Tottenham Hotspur.
This post then gathered many replies from Newcastle fan who were over the moon with this latest update.

Be great signing especially as ASM is out for a while #nufc

I’d like to see him sign, but I think we could get him in January for the right price, rather than potentially lose out in the summer.

The 22-year-old, who is valued at £9 million (Transfermarkt), has been in hot form in the Championship so far this season. In 23 appearances for Hull, Bowen has scored 17 goals and picked up three assists (per TransferMarkt). With a goal scoring record like that, it comes as no surprise that he is attracting some Premier League attention.
You’d think we have the advantage over Spurs in the playing time we could offer him, if his contract has an option for an extra year this summer, then he will be an expensive signing, depends on how worth it the club feels, when he could easily priced at 25m+

Where is he going to play in the spurs team? They’ve bought some youngster from Leeds and loaned him back as well.

Tough choice for the kid

What do we think?
With Allan Saint-Maximin out injured, Bowen could prove to be an excellent replacement for the Frenchman. If Bowen does sign to Newcastle in January and continues his excellent form from the Championship, he could well keep Newcastle from dropping down the Premier League table.
