Liverpool fans have been gushing on Twitter over match footage from their weekend win over Watford.
This comes after the official Liverpool Twitter account shared a post on their page of some match footage from their 2-0 win at Anfield.
The clip showed a long-range cross-field pass from Trent Alexander-Arnold to Sadio Mane who controlled the ball sublimely.
Which part of this Liverpool move was better?
Alexander-Arnold's pass
Mane's control
This post then gathered some replies from Liverpool fans who were falling head over heels for the move.
Here’s a sample of Liverpool fans reacting to the match footage:

I always make first impression of a player by how he/she controls a high/speedy ball.
Of course Mané goes above and beyond this level..

That’s up there with Ronaldinho trapping a ball filth…

The move from the duo came during the first half of the 2-0 victory over Nigel Pearson’s struggling Watford team. Mane’s fellow winger Mohamed Salah scored a brace to keep Liverpool at the top of the Premier League table as January approaches.
Despite the Egyptian being the game’s only goal scorer, it was this pass from Alexander-Arnold and control from Mane that caught the attention of some Liverpool fans.
Masterclass

TAA is the best hitter of the ball. The ability to hit over yards is amazing. That boy has talent

What do we think?
Both Alexander-Arnold’s pass and Mane’s control of the ball were fantastic pieces of skill from two very talented players. If the pair can keep linking up on the pitch, they can cause some serious damage to opposing defences with Alexander-Arnold’s passing range and Mane’s explosive speed and ability on the ball.
