The list of travelling players includes the Liverpool first-squad and three of the club’s younger players such as Rhian Brewster, Neco Williams, Curtis Jones and Harvey Elliott. The inclusion of these four youngsters in the travelling squad confused some Liverpool fans who expected to see the trio play against Villa in the Carabao Cup the night before. This then led to some Liverpool fans wondering who will play in the game against Villa at Villa Park.
Are we playing our Ladies team against Villa or what?

What do we think?
Playing two cup games in two consecutive days is tough. What’s even tougher is the fact that the second match is set to be played in a different continent. If Liverpool can win both games, it would surely be an extraordinary week, as the announcement suggests that the team to play Villa will be full of youth players.
