Some Celtic fans have expressed their unhappiness at manager Neil Lennon’s positive comments about their recent win over St. Mirren in the Premiership on Boxing Day.
The win over St. Mirren saw James Forrest score, with Callum McGregor also scoring a goal of his own. But Neil Lennon made comments after the game, calling it a ‘great win’.
Celtic fans: Was Lennon right in saying it was a 'great win' against St. Mirren?
Won't mind the positivity
He shouldn't be saying that
But some Celtic fans disagree with the club manager’s comments and feel that he wasn’t watching the right game.
Whit game was he watchin’?

Lennon hasn’t just helped the Hoops to the top spot in the Premiership. They have lost just a single game so far in the league, losing to Livingston back in October. Since then, the club has won every single game in the top-flight.
The club has also gone through to the next round of the UEFA Europa League, despite losing the last group stage game to Cluj. But the Hoops finished their group at the top for the first time in history.
They have already won the Scottish League Cup and picked up their 19th title in history earlier this month. A Christopher Jullien strike in the second-half was enough to see them beat Rangers and hand them the trophy.
In the Premiership, they have scored the highest number of goals in the league. They have found the back of the net 54 times.
What do we think?
The second-half was drab against St. Mirren. But it is normal for teams to not play at their best after the game has been won in the first half. That is the sort of complacency Celtic have to guard against, as the season wears on.
