Some Celtic fans have launched a scathing attack on commentator Michael Stewart and are fuming at his words in the Hoops’ win over Hearts in the Scottish Premiership on Wednesday.
The Hoops picked up a deserved 2-0 win at Tynecastle on Wednesday (BBC) and it helped them stay at the top of the Premiership and saw them increase their lead to up to five points.
The BT Sport commentatory team had former Hearts and Manchester United midfielder Michael Stewart, with Chris Sutton not there.
Celtic fans: Did Stewart's commentary give you a headache?
I'm sick because of him today!
Sutton isn't better than him
And some Hoops fans are fuming about Stewart’s commentary and feel that they don’t want to hear it again.
Michael Stewart is having a mare tonight. Normally quite like him but his his Hearts cheerleading is cringeworthy

Usually find Michael Stewart to be one of the more fairer and balanced pundits on BT sport but thought he had an utter nightmare last night and was displaying punditry of an Alex Rae level

Michael Stewart is got to be one a the worst commentators of all time

Stewart is currently 38 and during his playing days, he was a product of the Manchester United youth academy. He had joined Hibernian from United and then went onto play for Hearts, before going onto play in Turkey and then returning to England to play for Charlton.
Stewart was at Hearts for three years and made a total of 106 appearances for the club, scoring 15 goals in total and racking up nine assists as well. During his time at Hibs, Stewart played 58 times in all competitions and scored twice, racking up three assists.
As for the game he commented on, Celtic had Ryan Christie taking his goals tally to a total of 17 goals, while Olivier Ntcham also got his fifth goal of the campaign. He also has four assists to his name.
What do we think?
For someone who hasn’t exactly been associated with Celtic in the past, it would be unfair to expect a Hoops favouritism from him. Especially considering that Stewart had played for both Hibs and Hearts.
