Should players be posting positive messages following disappointing defeats?Yes, don't be stupidNo, they shouldn't |
The former Arsenal man missed the tie with the Foxes through injury, as he did for the 1-1 draw at Old Trafford with Manchester United.
Despite trying to remain positive after what was a good performance by the Goodison Park club against tough opposition, Walcott was slated for his words of encouragement.
Counts for nothing Theo another year ticking by with nothing to show for us fans

What do we think?
While, yes, Everton did lose the tie in the end – they delivered another really promising performance. There is little else that Walcott could have said as he did not play so it is a little harsh for him to be slated for it.
