Supporters of Everton were predicting that David Moyes will take over as the club’s new manager despite a report of Carlo Ancelotti agreeing a deal with the Toffees yesterday.
And, now, according to Sky Sports, the Toffees will have a 60-year-old Italian at the helm of the club by the end of the week, but that doesn’t change the fact that fans have been worried about Moyes arriving.
For some reason, I can’t stop thinking that we’re gonna eventually appoint David Moyes and it’s killing me inside.

Can you see any scenario in which David Moyes is appointed as manager now?Yes, it's still possibleNo, there's no chance |
Around a week ago reports re-emerged that suggested that the Scotsman was of interest to the Goodison Park club again (as per BBC), however, although they have seemingly died down, Everton fans are still worried.
Just a deja vu from 2017.. we all thought initially that big Sam was ignored by the club only to find that they turned back to him after 6 weeks of useless search and interviews! Just hope and pray it’s not happening again!

What do we think?
While it is a somewhat comical take from most of the Toffees’ supporters discussing Moyes’ arrival, it seems very unlikely as Ancelotti appears to be ready to take the hot seat – which in some ways is more unbelievable.
