Everton supporters have aired that they are delighted with a report from Sky Sports stating that Carlo Ancelotti’s arrival at Goodison Park is impending.
On Tuesday morning, Sky Sports tweeted claiming that the 60-year-old Italian is expected to be appointed by the club later in the week (as per Sky Sports).
With fans desperate to see the former Real Madrid gaffer appointed by the Merseyside club, they were ecstatic with the development in the continuing managerial appointment saga following Marco Silva’s sacking.
Carlo Ancelotti is expected to be confirmed as Everton’s new permanent manager later this week.

The Italian manager has most recently been in charge of Napoli, where he was relieved of his duties earlier this month following a 4-0 victory over Genk in the Champions League (as per Sky Sports).
However, despite his spell in Italy ending on a sour note, Everton fans were desperate to see the man who has managed Bayern Munich, Chelsea and PSG (per Transfermarkt) at Goodison Park.

What do we think?
Should Ancelotti be appointed by the Merseyside club it would be absolutely fantastic for the Toffees. He has managed the very best in world football and would undoubtedly demand that Everton supply the funds to be competitive in the Premier League.
