The 2-0 win against Livingston was a massive result for Rangers heading into the international break. Not only did the win keep Rangers in joint first place in the league, but Alfredo Morelos also continued his incredible goal-scoring run.
But one story that may have gone unnoticed was that Joe Aribo managed to score his first league goal for Rangers during the proceedings. It was a brilliant shot from the midfielder that beat Livingston’s goalkeeper Matija Sarkic.
Rangers fans admired the goal and praised Aribo on the brilliant performance. One fan thinks Aribo is close to becoming one of the first names on Steven Gerrard’s teamsheet. Others agree that he has a huge impact on the team’s ability to win.
Absolute screamer today my lad. Keep doing that for us. Our first 11 is elite and your right on the verge of going in permanently. Thank you and good luck for the rest of the season.

What do we think?
Aribo has been a big part of Rangers’ recent success in the midfield. There is a growing depth in Steven Gerrard’s side, so the Nigerian will be hoping he can stay fit after international duty and come back stronger than ever for the Gers. The club’s next game is against Hamilton in the league, although they will have to wait a while before they can get on the pitch.
