Liverpool fans have been expressing their delight with Sadio Mane after the winger’s great piece of skill while on international duty.
This wave of praise came after Liverpool fan Twitter account @AnfieldWatch shared a post on their page that included a short video clip of Mane playing for Senegal where he made a flick with the ball to get past an opponent.
This post then gathered several positive replies from Liverpool fans that were astounded by the skill shown by the winger.
Here’s a sample of Liverpool fans gushing over Mane’s flick:

Mane played in the majority of Senegal’s 2-0 victory over Congo in their Africa Cup of Nations qualifying group. The winger was replaced in the 84th minute by M’Baye Niang (per WhoScored). This comes off the back of a goal Mane scored for Liverpool in their 3-1 win against Manchester City at the weekend to put his team three goals to the good against the Premier League champions.

What do we think?
Mane’s skill was a great thing to see. The 27-year-old, who is currently valued at £108 million, according to Transfermarkt, has been a joy to watch this season for Liverpool. In 17 appearances in all competitions so far this season, Mane has scored 11 goals and made five assists.
Barcelona’s Lionel Messi even voted Mane as his 2019 Player of the Year in the latest FIFA The Best award.
Indeed, this latest bit of skill for Senegal further proves just how much of a gifted footballer the winger is.
